The breakthrough session takes approximately 8 to 10 hours and we separate it usually to 3 sessions. The first one is last 2 to 3 hours where we take a detailed personal history depending on the presenting problem. On the next sessions we are focusing to remove the barriers that keep you away from your goals and we create all the resources for the future, in order to keep supporting your goals.
